Our Roasting and Distribution Process
Our coffee comes from several areas of the world. We partner with reputable importers that have relationships with farms and coffee buyers in each country that we purchase from. We maintain our inventory in Portland, OR and utilize the roasters in a flex roasting space at The Buckman. We receive our coffee order's both online and direct from our wholesale and retail partners and roast our coffee's in small batches on either 1.5 or 10 kilo roasters. Coffee is roasted twice a week, we distribute locally on Thursday's and mail out orders on both Tuesday and Thursdays.
